About the Role:
The Arc Mid-Hudson is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Habilitation Provider to join our team. As a Residential Habilitation Provider, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and living independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to individuals in their daily routines, including budgeting, grocery shopping, and attending medical appointments.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the living environment to ensure a safe and healthy space.
- Support individuals in developing and implementing their individualized plans, including goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
- Document progress and provide regular updates to supervisors and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Acceptable New York State Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.51 to $19.27 per hour, with additional shift differentials as applicable.
- Flexible scheduling, including 35 hours per week with day, evening, and weekend shifts.
