Job Title: Residential Habilitation Provider

At The Arc Mid-Hudson, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Habilitation Provider to join our team. This role is a vital part of our Supported Apartments program, where you will work closely with individuals to support their independence and daily routines.

About the Role:
  • Provide tailored support to individuals in our Supported Apartments program, including budgeting, grocery shopping, and attending medical appointments.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the apartments, promoting a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Support individuals in furthering their independence, encouraging them to take on new responsibilities and develop their skills.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support and services for our clients.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Acceptable NYS Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
  • Computer skills and ability to learn new software.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $17.51 to $19.27 per hour, with additional shift differentials as applicable.
  • Flexible scheduling, including 35 hours per week with day, evening, and weekend shifts.
