Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team as a PRN (as-needed) employee at Regency at Northpointe in Spokane, WA. This role will provide valuable clinical support to our patients and collaborate with our interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Estimated Salary Range

$35-$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, implementing treatment plans and modifying interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and enhance skills.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
