Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist passengers at the taxi curbside, providing accurate information and directions as needed
* Direct passengers to the appropriate taxi or limousine service
* Ensure a sufficient number of taxicabs are available for traveling passengers and dispatch them to various loading points at the terminal
* Communicate effectively with drivers, coworkers, and supervisors, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
* Write factual reports on any incidents or issues that deviate from normal operations
* Order luxury limousines as needed and log information on limo logs
* Identify and report any safety issues immediately to the supervisor
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the surrounding area and break room

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Knowledge of the metro area is desirable
* Customer service experience is preferred
* Prior airport experience is preferred
* Must have excellent attendance and be able to arrive on time when scheduled
* Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends may be required
* Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and a current address
* Ability to read and write English exceptionally well and communicate effectively with passengers, drivers, and coworkers
* Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and make sound judgments

Working Conditions:

* This position is 100% outside work
* Employees work in and around potentially dangerous traffic situations and must be safety-conscious at all times
* Employees are frequently required to reach and sign with hands and arms and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
