- Scheduling and Data Management: Maintain accurate patient records, review charts for the next day's schedule, and ensure that all doctor appointments are scheduled correctly and productively.
- Office Administration: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, office policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dental office is required, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong computer and data entry skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the position.
