Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized life skills and counseling services to students, developing and implementing treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Transport clients in your personal vehicle, ensuring safe and timely transportation.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) or Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience working directly with children in a behavioral health setting.
- Licensed/associate license preferred, with a background in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused CBT.
- Experience working with children and families addressing PTSD, adjustment issues, ADHD, Depression, DV issues, OCD, Anxiety D/O, relationship issues, sexual abuse, and substance abuse issues.
- Understanding and ability to work with stakeholders such as DDD, Juvenile Probation, and CPS.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Arizona 12 principles.
- CPR and First Aid Certified, with a valid state driver's license and Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, possess basic computer skills, and demonstrate great customer service.
Compensation:
- Pay per Service Pay Structure: $42,000-$55,000 during the 60-day probationary period, with a base salary plus pay per unit listed in the chart below.
- 0-50 units: Base Pay Only
- 51-100 units: Base Pay plus $7.50 per unit
- 101-150 units: Base Pay plus $7.75 per unit
- 151+ units: Base Pay plus $8.00 per unit
