Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As an OTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute hospitals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy
  • Valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
  • Basic internet navigation skills
