Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As an OTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute hospitals.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy
