We are seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, have excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing plans of care, educating patients on treatment options and home exercises, and monitoring and re-evaluating patient progress.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional physical therapy to patients, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluate and treat patients, developing plans of care and educating patients on treatment options and home exercises.
  • Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals as needed.
  • Address pain management as a crucial component of care, utilizing techniques to reduce pain and increase function.
  • Determine when to discharge patients, teaching them proper mechanics, ergonomics, and strategies to reduce future incidents.
  • Write timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
  • Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, with a focus on providing exceptional care to patients.
  • Participate in research studies and help develop protocols for common diagnoses.
  • Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Responsible for continuing to develop skills by staying updated in the latest research and techniques.


Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Physical Therapy License.
