Job Title: Senior IT Field Engineer

Integrated Oncology Network, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning and supporting new site integrations, site closings, software and hardware upgrades, and other onsite services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, Operations team members, and the IT team to initiate processes and develop deployment plans, configurations, and specifications.
  • Maintain deployment and build installation documentation.
  • Partner with the Architecture and Engineering teams to produce new features and services and ensure that installed products and services meet client requirements.
  • Travel to and from onboarding sites, perform discovery site visits, and generate material quotes as needed.
  • Deploy hardware and software/applications, create and publish handoff documentation, and provide updates in CheckMK & Meraki.
  • Adhere to and uphold security posture of the organization and escalate immediately if unsure.
  • Review ticket queues daily to provide movement on any open or assigned tickets and provide escalated level support for incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in computer science/information technology, industry certification (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.), 3 years' industry experience; or, equivalent combination education, certification, and experience.
  • One+ year experience Windows Server technologies.
  • Able to achieve two (2) relevant certifications to the organization such as Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Windows Server Admin Fundamentals, Windows OS Fundamentals, Networking Fundamentals, Citrix Certified Associate, CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+, Server+).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (including overtime, and weekends), as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management capabilities/knowledge.
  • System Imaging.
  • Prioritization and Time management skills.
  • Previous healthcare IT experience.
  • Superior analytical and statistical skills.
  • Knowledge of Meraki.
  • Familiarity with Physics Applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune & Autopilot.
