This pivotal role will report directly to the CFO and is designed for an individual contributor who thrives in a hands-on environment. The primary responsibility will be to oversee all FP&A functions, ensuring the delivery of precise, timely, and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and business analyses that empower leaders to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial trend analysis and performance evaluations, providing actionable insights to enhance business operations.
  • Lead the annual and monthly variance analysis, delivering insightful explanations comparing actual results to budgeted figures.
  • Develop and present financial modeling analyses that elucidate the short and long-term financial implications of critical business decisions.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary deliverables for financial stakeholders, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Streamline processes by identifying non-value-added tasks and implementing automation solutions to boost efficiency.
  • Support acquisition initiatives, including valuation assessments, due diligence processes, and post-merger integration strategies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of overall business experience, with a minimum of 10 years dedicated to FP&A leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, modeling, and analytical techniques.
  • Experience within the behavioral health industry is advantageous.
  • Background in private equity is preferred.
