Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at Pillar Stone Healthcare Company LLC. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents
• Wash and sanitize dishes, eating utensils, pots, and pans
• Clean work area and equipment as needed
• Organize stock and deliveries as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

• Maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Work hours and shifts as scheduled
• Be available for weekend coverage and on-call emergency situations on a rotating basis
• Be dependable and able to work well under pressure
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work well with all people, particularly the elderly

• Exemplary work ethics and ability to interact with seniors in a caring, kind, and respectful manner
• Ability to speak English to the degree that allows for understanding and being understood by Residents
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds
