Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Pillar Stone Healthcare Company LLC. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.

• Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with food preparation, serving, and cleaning duties, as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest food safety and handling practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; food service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds, as well as move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and management.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
• Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
