About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psiatry Account Manager to lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of fully integrated account plans, leveraging digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities.
  • Deliver messages in a clear and compelling way to customers, effectively probing customer needs to handle objections.
  • Bauild and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Must demonstrate strong capability in the areas of business planning, selling, customer development, local market & therapeutic area expertise, reimbursement, and pharmaceutical environment/compliance.

Estimated Salary: $117,000 - $137,000 plus sales incentive target of $37,500.
