Requirements

  • Previous Management Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in retail or convenience store industry
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with associates, customers, and management
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, inventory management, and sales analysis
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
