We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director for General Pediatrics to lead our team of general pediatricians in providing clinical care for over 12,000 infants, children, and adolescents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the operations of our General Pediatrics and Adolescent Health Clinic at Doernbecher, ensuring the smooth functioning of our healthcare unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee initiatives aimed at quality improvement, patient flow and access, and value-based care metric improvement processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership across departments to develop and implement QI process improvement initiatives, value-based care metric efficiencies, and other innovative process improvement strategies and processes.
- Contribute to the organization's commitment to excellence by driving efforts in maintaining high-quality healthcare delivery and adherence to value-based metrics.
