Masis Professional Group is a well-established Engineering and Architectural firm seeking a dedicated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. This full-time position involves working on a variety of significant projects, including Senior Living, Healthcare, and Multifamily developments, both in new construction and renovation phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective structural systems that align with client budgets and timelines, while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team on multiple projects.
  • Engage with the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) for healthcare design initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Participate actively in project meetings throughout design and construction phases, representing the firm and preparing comprehensive construction documents.
  • Conduct site visits to assess various facility types and evaluate existing mechanical-plumbing systems, ensuring effective problem-solving during design and construction.
  • Manage and prioritize project tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate experience in Commercial, Senior Living, Multifamily, and High-rise projects, including both new builds and renovations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design within an AE environment.
  • Proven expertise in developing suitable structural systems.
  • Experience coordinating with various engineering disciplines.
  • Familiarity with construction methods and building systems.
  • Knowledge of Building Envelope design.
  • Proficient in producing Revit and AutoCAD drawings, including:
    • Schematic Design Drawings
    • Design Development Drawings
    • Construction Documents
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple disciplines, including engineering and interior design.
  • Required software proficiency includes Autodesk Revit 2020, Autodesk AutoCAD 2022, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range of $95,000 to $125,000.
