At Jimmy John's, we're seeking a skilled and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sandwiches to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery Operations: Safely and efficiently deliver sandwiches to customers within our designated delivery area.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory management by checking products for quality and quantity before delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management to reconcile cash from delivery sales and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards by making consistent and accurate sandwiches, and adhering to our company's portion sizes and recipes.
- Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently and clearly.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Driving Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
