Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need proven experience as a retail store manager or similar role, strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, analytical skills to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions, flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

The role requires prolonged standing for approximately five to 14 hours per day, stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer's feet, reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks, climbing ladders or ascending/descending stairs to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale, lifting items weighing 5-25 lbs regularly, and good vision, including color differentiation. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and two or more years' experience in retail leadership is strongly preferred.
