Educational Leadership Position for a Dynamic Early Childhood Education Environment

Responsibilities

- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing professional development.
- Manage and ensure the proper training of all staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Curriculum and Program Development:
- Implement a high-quality educational program that meets the needs of all children, supporting teachers in creating engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Ensure that the educational programs align with the company's philosophy and values, promoting a love of learning and a commitment to academic excellence.
- Family and Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families, addressing their concerns and providing regular communication regarding their child's progress.
- Promote the school within the community, participating in outreach activities and events that foster partnerships and collaborations.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the school's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Oversee enrollment and make informed decisions about resource allocation, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the school.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors, conducting regular safety drills and maintaining emergency preparedness protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, ensuring that it is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
