Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Administration:
    • Oversee daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
    • Develop and implement school policies and procedures, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing professional development.
    • Manage and ensure the proper training of all staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Curriculum and Program Development:
    • Implement a high-quality educational program that meets the needs of all children, supporting teachers in creating engaging and effective lesson plans.
    • Ensure that the educational programs align with the company's philosophy and values, promoting a love of learning and a commitment to academic excellence.
  • Family and Community Engagement:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families, addressing their concerns and providing regular communication regarding their child's progress.
    • Promote the school within the community, participating in outreach activities and events that foster partnerships and collaborations.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the school's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Oversee enrollment and make informed decisions about resource allocation, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the school.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors, conducting regular safety drills and maintaining emergency preparedness protocols.
    • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, ensuring that it is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Qualifications
