About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Relationship Manager to join our team at Rapid Finance. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will play a crucial role in attracting new Referral Partners and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new Referral Partners and increase production from existing Partners.
  • Manage a book of business partners through daily engagements to drive production.
  • Cultivate new relationships with prospective business Partners.
  • Perform data analytics to identify new opportunities and engage with the BD team to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • Successful 3+ years working in business development role.
  • Strong knowledge and appreciation of small business.
  • Demonstrated track record of effective phone sales and ability to consistently make outbound calls.
  • Prior experience working in financial services, lending, or mortgage industries is preferred.
  • Highly motivated by clear-cut metrics and thrives in a friendly competitive environment.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • Top-notch analytical skills with an eye for detail.
