Job Summary

Marathon Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Precision Operator to join our team. As a Deburring Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various deburring activities, including removing burrs and chips from machined parts in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

$48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of hand tools and small power tools to perform deburring activities.
  • Inspect machined parts to ensure precision deburring standards have been met.
  • Record daily production and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain company equipment, tools, and personal work area in a neat, clean, organized manner.
  • Report any broken or damaged equipment to the supervisor or manager as soon as noticed.

Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 60 lb and push a cart weighing up to 600 lb.
  • Physical ability to work extended hours in a standing position.
  • Ability to effectively get along with co-workers and work as a team member.
