Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deburr Worker to join our team at Marathon Staffing. As a Deburr Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of machined parts by removing burrs and chips in a timely and effective manner.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $18-$21.45 per hour, depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform deburring activities, including removing burrs and chips from machined parts
  • Wash, rinse, and dry parts that have been deburred and polished
  • Maintain accurate records of daily production and report any deviations or nonconformities to the supervisor
  • Work collaboratively with the Production Manager to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn part names, part numbers, and deburring procedures
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push a cart weighing up to 600 lbs
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as a team member
