Job Title: Senior Client Associate

Join Epsilon, a global advertising and marketing technology company, as a Senior Client Associate in our Travel Vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key travel accounts, leveraging Epsilon's extensive data assets to develop and present innovative marketing solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, effectively collaborating with both internal teams and clients to deliver tailored marketing solutions. You will develop and present value-driven marketing strategies that meet client objectives and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing accounts and acquire new customers within the travel markets.
  • Drive revenue growth from existing accounts and support new client acquisitions by developing and presenting value-driven marketing solutions.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs, deliver compelling presentations, and lead the proposal drafting and negotiation processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Epsilon's data assets, digital solutions, and market trends to provide clients with cutting-edge marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records, provide sales forecasts, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • Years of experience in the data industry, preferably in direct sales to travel accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies and the ability to innovate for growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to drive business development plans and deliver effective presentations.
