Role Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver outstanding service at the ticket counter and gate, ensuring an authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience for our guests. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits: This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement, with a starting pay rate of $11.59 per hour. Benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage are provided in accordance with the agreement.

Work Schedule: Work schedules are determined by seniority, with shifts typically structured as 5 days on and 2 days off. Flexibility in accepting various shifts is required.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug test
  • Background checks and fingerprinting are mandatory
  • No visible body art while in uniform
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the airline industry
  • Customer service experience in hospitality
