BCforward is seeking a highly skilled React JS Application Lead to join our team

Position Title: React JS Application Lead

Location: Remote or Onsite

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY

Pay Range: $55/hr – $57.14/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities.

Job Description:

Primary job duties and responsibilities:

• As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

• You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.

• You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Expert proficiency in React.js is required.

• Advanced proficiency in AngularJS, Solution Architecture, Design & Build Enablement, and Responsive and Adaptive Design are recommended.

• Lead the team in developing innovative solutions for application design and configuration.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in application development.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

• 2. Angular

• 3. Java FS.
