Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen work areas and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, and sanitize all food preparation surfaces.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
  • Trash and Recycling: Segregate and remove trash and garbage, and place it in designated containers.
  • Supply Management: Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, observing all safe lifting standards.
  • Event Support: Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested.
  • General Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
