Culinary Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Desert Diamond Casinos. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of foods to meet the demands of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of foods, including menu items and specials, according to standardized recipes and kitchen procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment, tools, and food storage areas.
  • Communicate effectively with Room Chefs and Venue Managers to ensure smooth kitchen operations and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure that all food and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and sanitized, and that all equipment and tools are in good working order.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
