The Resident Care Associate is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a key player in our senior living community, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
- Assist with meal service, including tray delivery and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Respond to resident call lights and ensure prompt attention to their needs
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide comprehensive care and support to residents
- Participate in activities and events that promote socialization and engagement among residents
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
