Caregiver/STNA In-training

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Associate to join our team at The Meadows of Leipsic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

• Assist with daily living activities, including housekeeping, laundry, and meal service
• Provide companionship and engage residents in activities
• Assist with personal care responsibilities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Respond to resident call lights and ensure their needs are met
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field
