About this Job

As a skilled Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their full potential and live their lives to the fullest, despite injury, illness, or disability. Your expertise will be invaluable in evaluating each patient and recommending customized interventions to help them reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create customized interventions to promote patient independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for managing their conditions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy to ensure the highest level of care
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in the primary area of care
  • Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements and certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
  • An enthusiastic and adventurous spirit with a desire to make a positive impact
