A Typical Day:
The Quality Assurance Analyst is tasked with compiling, maintaining, analyzing, and developing reports concerning the outcomes of Audits, In-Line QA, or Post Mortem QC evaluations.
The Quality Assurance Analyst will:
Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure timely and precise quality assurance testing
Provide progress and exception reports to management and affected teams
Monitor, compile, and deliver regular reporting
Develop new reporting formats to enable variable dashboard views of pertinent data
Assist in planning and material preparation for audit meetings and discussions
Perform other related tasks as necessary and assigned
Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's desired culture and values
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required
1+ year in an analyst role within a financial services organization is highly desirable
Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., experience with macros) and general computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Current knowledge of business concepts, life cycles, and processes

Compensation:
Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location/market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$40,000 - $60,000
