Job Overview

Keis George is seeking a highly skilled Judgment Recovery Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Judgment Recovery Specialist, you will play a critical role in our firm's success by working with court-entered judgments and recovering assets for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with court-entered judgments to recover assets and debts
  • Utilize asset discovery, garnishments, bank attachments, and court executions to recover assets
  • Set up payment plans and negotiate settlements with debtors
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure successful judgment recovery
  • Maintain accurate records and files

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with a large number of files
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual a plus
