We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Treasury Graduate Program, a 18-month career development program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a global banking environment.

As a Treasury Graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing and deploying the Bank's liquidity, funding, capital, and financial resources in line with regulatory requirements and the Bank's risk appetite.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Markets: Support the development and execution of a strategy for optimal management of the Bank's balance sheet and liquidity in line with the Bank's overall strategy.
  • Capital: Assist in setting strategy, execution, and management of capital issuances, including relationships with debt investors, as well as supporting the management of the Bank's credit ratings.
  • Liquidity: Support digitalization workstreams related to balance sheet optimization, predictive analytics, and forecasting, as well as participating in business forums that focus on balance sheet usage.

Throughout the program, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, including:

  • Technical training: Develop your skills in areas such as financial modeling, risk management, and financial markets.
  • Business skills training: Learn about business strategy, leadership, and communication.
  • Networking opportunities: Meet and work with senior executives and peers from across the Bank.

We welcome students from all degree disciplines with excellent academic records and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. You will be a final year student, able to start in July 2025, with the permanent legal right to work in the country you are applying to.
