Job Title: Global Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Treasury Manager to join our team at Solomon Page. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-profile entertainment firm and contribute to the success of their treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Support the Treasurer in capital structure planning and execution across global subsidiaries, driving strategic growth and financial stability.
  • Manage upcoming debt maturities, mitigating risks and optimizing financial performance.
  • Supervise debt administration tasks, including notices, interest payments, accrual reports, loan holder analysis, and record keeping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing board materials, providing critical financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain forecasts for net interest expense and excess cash flow, tracking actuals and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly interest accruals and debt-related fee reports, providing timely and accurate financial information.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, fostering strong partnerships and driving cost savings.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team on treasury assumptions for budgeting and long-range planning, ensuring alignment and strategic alignment.
  • Generate internal debt activity reports and annual compliance schedules, providing critical financial insights and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the company's foreign exchange risk management programs and policies, mitigating risks and optimizing financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise a senior treasury analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Create and maintain working capital and free cash flow forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and driving financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in treasury, with a focus on debt capital markets.
  • FP&A experience a plus, with strong financial modeling skills.
  • CFA certification, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
