Responsibilities:
Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing conduit

Overseeing or participating in wire installations with conduit & cable tray

Connecting power to equipment

Leading and developing up to 4 apprentice electricians

Understanding of other construction trades

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs in a construction environment

Capability to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds while carrying tools

Exposure to high and precarious places

Risk of electrical shock and outdoor weather conditions

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required

Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
Current Journeyman's state license

5+ years of leadership experience in an industrial electrical environment

Location and Travel


This is a permanent/full-time position with Interstates and requires travel within the region.

Applicants must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Work Schedule:
Start times, break times, and work hours vary per site and project stage.

Our employees typically work more than 40 hours per week but no more than 60, as part of our commitment to safety.


Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, this role is often exposed to high/precarious places, risk of electrical shock, and all outdoor weather conditions.

This role is expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Due to the nature of our work and our client base, this role may involve tasks in an environment exposed to dust.

Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions and adhering to safety standards to ensure their well-being.
