Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Technician IV to join our team at Shaw Industries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, including MCC's, inverters, motors, and control systems.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and lead repairs of equipment causing or contributing to safety, quality, downtime, and productivity issues.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans, including planned jobs on assigned equipment.
- Execute and assist in development of condition maintenance (CM) activities, including repair and replacement of components identified as requiring attention.
- Mentor junior technicians in development of needed skills and assist with oversight and management of projects and other work assignments linked to manufacturing systems.
Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of electrical systems, including safety practices, calculator and computer application, measurement units, and math skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics/prints, updating electrical prints/schematics assigned for modification.
- Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and advanced understanding of e-stop systems.
- Ability to create advanced PLC systems and programs for process and operational control.

Compensation and Benefits:
$32.57 per hour
8-hour non-rotating shift, hours fall to out-punch day, observed calendar, shift starts PM
