As a Commercial Pest Solutions Expert, you will play a critical role in helping our customers protect their facilities, employees, and brands from the damaging effects of pests. In this position, you will work closely with a variety of customers in the hospitality industry and other commercial businesses to deliver high-quality services and identify effective solutions to pest problems.

The company offers a comprehensive PAID TRAINING program that provides the necessary tools and resources for you to succeed in this role. During the five-week training period, you will receive hands-on experience and develop the skills required to provide expert services to our clients. Upon completion of the training program, you will be assigned to an established route, where you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your own customer accounts. This flexible scheduling arrangement allows you to carve out a long-term career path in service, sales, or management within the company.

Key responsibilities of the job include:
  • Developing effective working relationships with customers and collaborating with them to identify and resolve pest elimination needs.
  • Maintaining expertise in Ecolab's product offerings and industry trends to enhance service delivery and promote pest prevention/elimination solutions.
  • Using handheld computerized equipment to manage service operations and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues.
