Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including hemodialysis treatments and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) or Board of Nephrology Technologists (BONENT) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
