We are seeking an experienced Exercise Class Trainer to join our team at Crunch - Fitness Gurus. As an Exercise Class Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exercise classes that meet the needs of our members.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver exercise classes that meet the needs of our members.
  • Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
  • Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
  • Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
  • Maintain professional disposition at all times.
  • Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Maintain valid CPR Certification.
  • Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification: AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
  • Valid Yoga or Pilates Certifications also acceptable.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good verbal communication.

Benefits:

  • Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings

Salary:$60,000 - $75,000 per year
