Position Summary

In the role of SCRM Compliance and Continuous Monitoring Manager, you will take charge of analytical and administrative responsibilities utilizing specific methodologies and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement all SCRM Monitoring and Compliance functions, including production oversight, RFI evaluations, training, scheduling, and personnel management.
  • Deliver presentations on SCRM equities and Continuous Monitoring findings.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring assessments on previously vetted organizations and components.
  • Compile and present information to stakeholders in the 30-day SITREP for CM SCRM.
  • Organize and delegate new RFI's and CM RFI's, ensuring coordination among team members and collaboration with Counterintelligence, Cybersecurity, Continuous Monitoring, and the program.
  • Maintain and update all supplier records, RFI's, and CM RFIs.
  • Investigate, analyze, and prepare RFIs utilizing publicly available data and vendor information from various programs.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and revise Continuous Monitoring RFIs submitted to different programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a security or counterintelligence discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in missile defense or other complex, large-scale DoD initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead sub-teams in problem analysis and resolution.
  • Secret Clearance is mandatory.
