Key Responsibilities
- Prepare machinery for production runs by setting up tools and parameters based on work orders.
- Monitor production status throughout each cycle and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Operate machinery while overseeing production processes and adhering to established protocols.
- Inspect finished products, identify any defects, and follow the appropriate procedures for handling non-conforming items.
- Assist maintenance teams in machine repairs, preventive measures, and inspections.
- Comply with all safety regulations and production guidelines, ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency in operating moderately complex machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Good visual acuity and the capability to lift medium to heavy objects when necessary.
- External candidates must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.

Preferred:
- At least one year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with power tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
