Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Lean Strategies: Develop and implement Lean strategies and initiatives to drive operational excellence and improve processes.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching and mentorship to Lean practitioners and project teams to ensure alignment with Lean principles and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to define Lean objectives, establish performance metrics, and monitor progress towards organizational goals.
  • Conduct Lean Assessments: Conduct Lean assessments and audits to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans to drive operational excellence.
  • Facilitate Training: Facilitate Lean training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Serve as a Change Agent: Promote Lean principles and practices, and overcome resistance to change through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Lean management, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Lean management, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of leading successful Lean transformations in large organizations, driving significant improvements in quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of Lean initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel up to 15% both domestic and international.
