Springboard Healthcare is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their team as a travel Radiology Technologist in Washington, D.C.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to work as a travel Imaging Technologist in our Washington, D.C. facility. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment and producing high-quality diagnostic images for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
