Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outdoor Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported in their shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate various fishing techniques and assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs.
  • Share your knowledge of local fishing spots and techniques, particularly in walleye fishing.
  • Engage with customers, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both novice and experienced anglers.

  • Maintain a general understanding of outdoor activities, including hunting, camping, and hiking.

Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
