Role Overview
As a Technical Co-op, you will have the chance to envision, design, construct, and learn. This position provides practical experience while tackling significant projects that aid in the company's advancement. You will collaborate with some of the industry's brightest talents. Our program is structured to include mentorship, where you will be paired with an assignment leader to establish your specific objectives, deliverables, and expectations throughout your tenure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your assignment leader to achieve defined objectives that support business goals while providing valuable learning experiences.
  • Engage in innovative technical projects across various product categories, including refrigeration, laundry systems, and cooking appliances, with a focus on electronic components such as PCB design and hardware debugging.
  • Contribute to the latest innovations and technologies.
  • Participate in development and training initiatives aimed at enhancing technical and professional skills, including communication and resume writing.
  • Engage in optional social events, both within and outside of work, such as lunches, weekend activities, sports, and gatherings.
  • Join committees with peers that provide networking opportunities with company leaders and engage in community service activities, including mentoring and tutoring.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring region is mandatory.
Desired:
  • Ability to complete two or more co-op rotations prior to graduation.
  • Relevant coursework.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Robust analytical skills.
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn.
  • Passion for engineering.
