About the Job

RideNow Powersports is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Motorcycle Lot Technician to join our team. As a Lot Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our motorcycle inventory is properly displayed and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull units in and out of the showroom in a safe and efficient manner
  • Organize motorcycles in the front lot and showroom to create an attractive display
  • Assist with tagging customers' units as sold and preparing them for delivery
  • Keep units clean and dusted inside the showroom and building
  • Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery
  • Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists
  • Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested
  • Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy
  • Assist with other duties as requested
Requirements
  • Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment is a plus
  • Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
  • Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred
  • Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated
  • Ability to be on your feet most of the day
  • Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays
