Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled PDR Technician to join our team. As a PDR Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing ding and dent damage for customers using our proprietary process. You'll work independently, managing your day and interacting with customers to build accounts and negotiate approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Cast Spells on Dents: Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers.
- Enchant Customers: Review your work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business.
- Train Future Wizards: Get involved in training other Techs and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.

Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.
- Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Toughness and Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.
- Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
- Valid Driver's License: A good driving record is a must.
