The QTI Group is seeking an Electrical Assembler for a reputable manufacturer specializing in Electrical Control Systems.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to interpret technical blueprints and have prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Direct hire opportunity
Compensation up to $33/hr

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and adhere to engineering drawings, plans, and diagrams.
- Assemble electrical subassemblies including harnesses, solenoid coils, electrical enclosures, and complex panels.
- Complete the assembly process for each unit, ensuring quality checks, documentation, labeling, cleaning, and packaging.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of four years of experience in electrical assembly or a related electrical field.
- Capability to lift 40 pounds consistently.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, including ISO9001:2008 standards, is preferred.
