- Collaborate with medical professionals to integrate social, medical, and psychotherapeutic data to inform treatment decisions.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term treatment objectives to promote patient well-being.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and addiction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient services, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Consult with other healthcare professionals to identify potential psychosocial problems and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations to ensure adherence to professional standards and best practices.
- Current California License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
